Spaghetti boiled eggs and anchovies
Instructions
Melt the anchovies in a pan with the butter, water, after having de-boned and reduced to small pieces, low flame and without butter FRY, stirring continuously.
Meanwhile the eggs you tone up: remove the shells, obtaining the only egg yolk and chop (so no whites).
Spaghetti cooked and drained, toss in a tureen with anchovy cream and sprinkle with chopped egg yolks.
Stir and serve.
Does not require other additions but, at discretion, you can sprinkle with pepper and grated Parmesan cheese.
