Spicy spaghetti with octopus
Instructions
Clean the Octopus, wash and cut into small pieces.
Blanch for 2 minutes then Peel tomatoes and cut the flesh into cubes.
Chop garlic and onion and cook them for 5 minutes in a pan with oil and a few tablespoons of water.
Add the Octopus and let it stand for 2 minutes.
Moisten with the wine, let it evaporate, then add the tomato pulp, salt and pepper, Cook for 30 minutes.
Boil the pasta, season it with Octopus sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
