Spaghetti with crumb
Instructions
Water and de-boned anchovies, water capers, pitted olives.
In a pan heat two tablespoons of oil, let dissolve anchovies and then add a pinch of pepper, capers and olives pitted and cut in half.
Grate the stale bread, mix it with half a clove of minced garlic and a pinch of salt.
Please add in a pan with a few tablespoons of olive oil.
If you don't have stale bread at home, use the breadcrumbs, but halving the dose indicated.
Boil spaghetti in plenty of lightly salted water, drain well al dente, toss with the sauce, stir slightly.
Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle in hot with the mixture of flavored bread.
Serve immediately.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 2 salted anchovies
- 80 g of dry bread
- 8 black olives
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
