Spaghetti with Ricotta (2)
Instructions
For chopping herbs and mix with the ricotta mix together the ingredients for the sauce.
Boil spaghetti in salted water to a boil, drain them, put them in a serving dish.
Dilute the sauce with 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water and pour on spaghetti.
Mix and finish with a hint of white pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 360 g of type pasta spaghetti
- For the sauce:
- 300 g of ricotta
- 6 leaves of sage
- 6 leaves of basil
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of marjoram
- Salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
