Instructions
Boil for 2 minutes the threads in 1/2 glass of water, 1/2 glass of wine, lemon and a pinch of salt.
Allow to cool, drain fillets and arrange on a serving dish.
Brown the butter in a small frying pan with a little salt and cloves.
Distribute on the fish melted butter and chopped parsley.
