Instructions
Roll out the pastry from bread half cm thickness.
and cut it into squares of about 10 cm.

Mix the ricotta with the provolone cheese, crumbled sausage, parsley and egg.
Add salt and pepper, mix everything together and then put the mixture in spoonfuls on squares of dough.
Moisten the rim of the dough with a little water and close them after pressing triangle well to make them join.
Fry the puffs in hot oil and serve hot, having made dry for a few minutes on paper towels.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of bread dough
- 100 g of ricotta
- 100 g of spicy provolone cheese, grated
- 3 slices salami
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- Frying oil
- Salt
- Pepper
