Raw marinated mackerel
Instructions
Wash, dry and cut the mackerel flesh into cubes of about 1 cm per side; place to marinate in a glass or ceramic container for 4 hours immersed in lemon juice you will loose a pinch of salt (occasionally turns the fish so they bake evenly).
Peel the vegetables: Peel the tomatoes by dipping them in boiling water, drain the water and give the seeds, then chop them finely.
clean the seeds and mince peppers as well as the onion.
Add the vegetables and dress fish with salt, pepper, minced, finely chopped coriander and half cup of oil.
Let it sit in the fridge and when serving Add diced avocado also strips and serve.

- 3 green peppers
- 2 firm ripe tomatoes
- 1 avocado
