Sformato di radicchio e gorgonzola
Instructions
Wash the radicchio and place it in a baking dish, must be flushed with a little oil and a ground pepper.
Cook for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, add the flour and prepare a light béchamel sauce with the milk.
Combine salt, diced gorgonzola and ricotta cheese until mixture is firm.
Blending summarily radicchio, add it to the mixture and pour it into a greased with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Put in the oven at medium temperature for 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
