Instructions
Pick up the green beans, wash them wireless and boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes.
Drain and finish cooking them to fire, after being transferred in a casserole with oil.
Then remove from heat, add eggs, flavored with salt, a little grated ginger and coriander powder at the moment; stir well and add the Parmesan.
Transfer the mixture into a baking pan lightly greased with olive oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake at 180 degrees for half an hour.
