Puff pastry with ham mousse
Instructions
Take the butter into small pieces, and then let it soften.
Place the ham into pieces, in electric centrifugal juice extractor and operated it until it is reduced to a soft mush.
Add the ham, butter sprinkled with a spoonful of Marsala and operated for a few moments.
Transfer the mousse in a bowl and mount it with a wooden spoon.
Spalmatela on crackers (or disponetevela with the nozzle from pastry chef).
Cut in half the avocado, sbucciatelo, snocciolatelo and cut into 8 slices.
Brush with lemon juice and appoggiatele on puff pastry.
Place the puff pastry on a plate, with Centre half decoratene tomatoes, parsley leaves and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of ham
- 80 g of butter
- 8 crackers
- 1 avocado
- Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of dry marsala wine
- To decorate:
- 1/2 tomato
- Some leaves of parsley
