Instructions
Roll out the puff pastry thawed and sprinkle all with Parmesan.
Then fold it in half and spread it again: 2 disks, one of which is slightly larger than the other and vow the bottom and walls of a round mould buttered.
Place in middle of chopped ham, sprinkle the crescenza and then chopped leftover ham.
Cover with the second disk of dough.
Brush with beaten egg and salt bake 200 degrees warm for 30 minutes.

- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 150 g of crescenza cheese
- 150 g of ham
- 1 egg
- Butter
- Salt
