Pastry with pears and figs
Instructions
Let thaw the puff pastry, pull it to a few millimetres thick and cut out 10 disks 4 cm in diameter.
Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Peel the figs, pears and sauteed them, cut into segments, non-stick pan, sugar and sfumandole spolverizzandole just with one finger of white wine.
Remove from the Pan and put pears in cooking the figs, cut into wedges, cuocendoli for 2 or 3 minutes.
Arrange fruit slices on puff pastry disks and serve on a thin layer of yogurt flavoured with cinnamon powder.

- 250 g of yoghurt skinny
- 200 g of frozen puff pastry
- 2 figs
- 2 williams pears
- Granulated sugar
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 finger of dry white wine
