Cheese puff
Instructions
Spread thawed dough, form a round pastry and place on a greased baking dish.
Arrange over the sliced ham and sliced fontina cheese.
Beat the eggs with the Parmesan, salt and cream, pour over pastry, bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 4 eggs
- 100 g of ham
- 100 g of fontina cheese
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 cl of cream
- Butter
- Flour
- Salt
