Apple parfait
Instructions
Wash apples thoroughly, Pat dry with paper towel and Peel.
Chop very finely and place them in a bowl.
Add the honey, a pinch of ginger, cream and mix well until mixture is smooth.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Then, transfer the dessert in 4 bowls and sprinkle with the chopped pistachios.

- 4 apples renette
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 cup of whipped cream sweetened
- Ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons of chopped pistachios
