Celery casserole
Instructions
Clean and wash the celery and cut into chunks of 8 cm in length.
Burned for 10 minutes in boiling salted water.
Drain and fry them in a pan with 5 tablespoons oil, add a tbsp of water and cook covered over low heat for 40 minutes.
Add more water if necessary.
When cooked, add the chopped parsley and freshly ground pepper, to taste a few minutes and serve.
