Celery with shrimps
Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan; When FRY combine the tomato puree and tabasco; stir, then add the shrimp and cook for 2-minute heat.
Pour the cream, add the parmesan and let thicken the cream, stirring for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water; drain it al dente and dress with the sauce on the shrimp and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta celery
- 200 g of shrimp cleaned
- 4 tablespoons of tomato
- 30 cl of creme fraiche
- 2 teaspoons of tabasco sauce
- 40 g of grated parmesan cheese
