Seafood gumbo
Instructions
Private the okra in the petiole, then reduce it into chunks, Cook in a pot with boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, then drain them and put them aside.
Peel the carrots, celery and onions and cut them into small pieces.
Do heat the olive oil in a saucepan capable and soffriggetevi peppers, deprived of seeds, and the garlic cloves, 3-4 minutes on moderate heat.
Add the vegetables, brown them too for about 4 minutes, then wet everything with lime juice and chicken broth, and add tomatoes and okra.
Continue cooking for another 4 minutes, finally put in shrimp casserole, lobster meat chopped and shortened the mussels washed and brushed.
Cook over low fire and covered container for 15 minutes, then add the herbs and serve.
