Instructions

Turn on the grill of the oven.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the oil.

Spread 3 tablespoons of oil in the bottom of a baking dish.

Pour the meat mixture and form a crushed 1 cm high.

Bake the Pan up closest to the grill and cook for about 5 minutes, until it is browned on the surface of crushed.
