Sautéed scampi
Instructions
Rinse the shrimp.
Melt 30 g of butter in a saucepan, combine the shrimp, season with salt and cook over low heat for 78 minutes, stirring every so often.
Remove from heat and add the parsley, lemon juice and butter.
Stir until the butter is melted and serve.
