Divide the egg yolks from the whites, and beat the egg yolks with sugar until foamy and white cream.

To this add the flour slowly and allow it to incorporate.

Meanwhile, beat only eight of egg whites with a pinch of salt and blend, then, the rest of the dough.

Put it in a syringe pastry, with larger nozzle and press onto the floured long strip 8-9 cm.

Spolveratele thoroughly with more icing sugar and bake in moderate heat for 20-30 minutes.
