Sardines au gratin
Instructions
In a bowl rubbed with garlic prepare chopped parsley, capers, olives; mix with a little oil, season with salt.
Clean and bone the sardines, wash them and let them drain.
Put in each of trito sardines and recompose it.
Lay them in an oiled baking dish, season with a little salt, lemon juice, olive oil; Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

- 800 g of sardines
- 40 g of capers
- 40 g of black olives

- Little of sea salt
