The pig's blood is collected and immediately put it on low heat in a copper pan together with cooked wine, raisins soaked previously made, crushed walnuts, cloves, crushed in a mortar, thin thin orange zest, lard, water, salt.
Once cooked is put in earthenware jars of lard, covered invetrata which acts as a sealer and tapped.
You spread on slices of toasted bread.
