Instructions
The velvety sauce amalgamated and the white background; Let reduce slightly and add 10 cl of cream a little at a time.
Stir carefully.
Remove from heat, passed through a sieve and complete with the rest of the cream and butter.
Ideal for meats, especially chicken stew.

- 25 cl of white background
- 15 cl of cream
- 1 walnut butter
