Scottish cookies
Instructions
Sift the flour with the sugar and a pinch of salt and place in fontana.
Warm up the milk, and mix in the yeast and slowly pour in the Center, on the work surface, gradually incorporating the melted butter.
Knead everything vigorously until dough is smooth and soft.
Put the ball to rise for an hour, covered, in a warm place.
After this now roll out the dough into a pastry high half a centimetre and divide the ball into oval-shaped biscuits.
Flour a baking pan, line cookies, well spaced, and bake for about half an hour.
