Scottish cream
Instructions
Melt the jam with brandy, sugar to taste, add the lemon and the whipped cream.
Stir lightly to mix ingredients well.
Place the cream in 4 cups to be placed in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 teaspoon of marmalade
- 1 glass of brandy
- A Few Tablespoons Sugar =
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 25 cl of whipped
