Cauliflower Sauce (Salsa di Cavolfiore)
Instructions
Wash, chop and boil the cauliflower in boiling salted water.
Heat oil in a pan with the garlic and chilli, add the cabbage that have reduced to a pulp with a fork and cook for about 5 minutes.
Passed to Blender adding the cream.
Exquisite with cereals or pasta, which is indicated as an accompaniment to boiled fish.

- 200 g of cauliflower
- 1 clove of garlic
- Hot pepper
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable cream
