Bohemian sauce
Instructions
Mix the egg yolks, béchamel sauce, a few drops of vinegar, salt and pepper.
Add the oil, how to make a mayonnaise and supplemented with parsley.
Ideal for cold dishes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 tablespoons of cold thick bechamel
- 50 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 egg yolks
- White wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
- White pepper
