Instructions
Peel and finely chop the shallot, fry it gently in the oil, then add herbs, make them wilt, add the cream and let Cook 5-10 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Adjust salt.
Very tasty and aromatic, recommended for raw vegetables, and cereals.
Ingredients and dosing for 2 persons
- 1 shallot
- 2 tablespoons of mixed herbs (parsley, basil, marjoram, tarragon)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 125 g of vegetable cream
- Salt
