Instructions
Mix with a fork the flesh of the avocado and cheese.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix well with a wooden spoon or a whisk to dive.
For a spicier sauce, add 1 chilli.
Serve with toasted bread as an appetizer.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 large ripe avocado peeled and seedless
- 100 g of soft cheese
- 5 lemons (juice)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- == 1 small onion Grated
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 3 pepperroncini piccanti
