Peppers sauce
Instructions
Clean and wash the peppers; cut them into slices and give them seeds.
Run the Mashers and collect the resulting puree in a bowl.
Combined with the small glass of cognac, a pinch of salt and pepper and peanuts mix well so that everything mixes.
Ideal for grilled meats.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 peppers
- 1 dram of cognac (or brandy)
- 1 pinch of salt
