Chocolate Salami (Salame di Cioccolato)
Instructions
Make a cream with sugar, egg, melted butter; Add the cocoa, marsala, biscuits and amaretti (crumbled earlier).
Mix everything, give it the shape of a sausage wrap in oiled foil and refrigerate for a few hours.
Serve cut into slices.

- 18 biscuits
- 50 g of butter

- 50 g of icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- Amaretti biscuits
- Little of marsala wine
