Sweet roll
Instructions
Finely chop and amaretti cookies.
Work in the butter cream then join the biscuits.
Melt chocolate with 1 glass of rum and add to the rest.
Blend the mixture thoroughly, giving it the form of a roll and wrap it in aluminum foil.
Keep in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 100 g of biscuits
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of cover chocolate
- 1 dram of rum
