Sausage Rolls (Rotolini di Mortadella)
Instructions
Boil and pass the potatoes, combine the 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, chopped basil, 3 tablespoons of milk and a pinch of salt.
Mix well, then divide the mixture on the slices of mortadella, close to fagottino, lay them in a buttered baking dish, cover with tomato sauce and cook in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

- 8 slices mortadella
