Spinach rolls
Instructions
Boil the spinach, chop with mortadella, add an egg and the grated Parmesan, and mix well to form a roll.
Place the roll in the middle of a sheet prepared with flour and an egg, roll, wrap with gauze, bake for about 20 minutes in boiling salted water, drizzle with melted butter and Parmesan cheese, cut into slices and serve.

- 300 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 600 g of spinach
- 150 g of mortadella
- 100 g of butter
- 80 g of parmigiano
- Salt
