Spicy lemon's rosolio
Instructions
Choose lemons untreated, wash them well, dry and grate the Peel.
Let macerate in alcohol lemon rind, cinnamon, clove and saffron.
Filtered after 48 hours.
Dissolve the sugar in warm water and add the syrup, cold, alcohol.
Blended and bottled.
Let rest for a few days first liqueur to taste.

- 100 cl of aquavit to 40 degrees
- 3 lemons
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 clove
- 1 pinch of saffron
- 250 g of sugar
- 70 g of water
