Rosolio to flowers
Instructions
Put in a glass jar, stoppered, rose petals and orange blossoms, add alcohol and allow to macerate for 5 days.
Prepare a syrup by dissolving sugar in water 200 g; allow to cool, add it to the infusion and macerate for 5 more days.
Strain the liquor, imbottigliarlo and mature for at least 6 months.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of sugar
- 250 g of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 200 g of water
- 50 g of orange blossom
- 20 petals of current squad
