Instructions

Prepare a baking dish with a layer of Bay leaves.

Cut into pieces a big eel is not stripped and lay the pieces in the pan with 1/2 glass of water; season with salt, then cover them with other Bay leaves.

Put in the oven already warm and leave for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees (depending on the thickness of the anguilla).
