Risotto of love
Instructions
Clean the strawberries, lasciatene by some to decorate the finished dish, the other to the mixer.
Mince the shallots and let dry in a little olive oil.
Add the rice, let it shine and then Cook adding little by little the vegetable broth.
Once cooked, remove from heat and mix with rice butter, parmesan cheese and strawberry sauce.
Served piping hot.

- 320 g of rice
- 400 g of strawberries
- 1 shallot
- 100 cl of vegetable broth
- 1 walnut butter
- Olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
