Aurora risotto
Instructions
Melt the butter and mix in a bowl with the yolks, the tomato sauce and Parmesan.
Pour the boiled rice al dente, stir and serve immediately.

- 400 g of rice
- 80 g of butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- A few tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
