Herb risotto
Instructions
Cook the rice in salted water.
When cooked add the thawed spinach, mascarpone, grated Parmesan, butter and mix well.
Remove from heat, stir gently, and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of rice
- 450 g of boiled and chopped spinach
- 150 g of mascarpone
- 100 g of parmigiano
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
