Truffled parmesan risotto
Instructions
Cook the rice in a traditional way and cooked, add butter, cream, parmesan and half of truffles.
Mix everything together and serve hot garnished every plate with slices of black truffle.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 500 g of rice
- 60 g of butter
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of cream
- 50 g of clean white truffles from the earth and washed or equivalent sliced or truffle pate
