Instructions
Put the stock in a saucepan, pour the rice bubbles and oil.
To absorb all the broth, (if necessary add a little salt) then add the cheese and let them dissolve well.
You can add a knob of butter.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of rice
- 100 cl of filtered and meat broth degreased
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 100 g of various cheeses (gruyere cheese, grana cheese, cheese cremino)
- Salt (optional)
- 1 walnut butter (optional)
