Tricolor rice
Instructions
Cook the rice for 15 minutes in boiling salted water.
Leave it to drain, pass it under cold water, leave it to drain again and place in a bowl.
Combine diced mozzarella, tomato slices, Basil crushed with hands and oregano.
Drizzle with a little oil, season with a pinch of salt and ground pepper and stir.
Let stand for 30 minutes before serving.

- 300 g of rice
- 1 mozzarella small
- 10 leaves of basil
- 1 == Pto Oregano
- 2 not overripe tomatoes
- Olive oil
