Rigatoni with onions
Instructions
Cook sliced onions in the oil for about 45 minutes over low heat, combine the tomato sauce diluted with a ladleful of hot water, add salt, pepper and let Cook for 10 minutes.
Cook pasta al dente, season it with the onion puree and serve with plenty of Parmesan.

- 400 g of type rigatoni pasta
- 2 large onions
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
