Race with Capers (Razza con I Capperi)
Instructions
Brown race and, when taking color, wet with wine and allow to dry.
Chop the capers and cut the tomatoes into cubes and combine all the fish.
Bake for 13 minutes by adding hot water as needed.

- 1 race (500 g)
- 20 g of salted capers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Parsley
