Instructions

Clean the frogs leaving the liver and eggs if they have.

Keep for 7-8 hours to soak in cold water, changing it often.

Let boil until half-cooked in salt water 100 cl, drain and dry.

Prepare a thick batter with eggs, flour, milk and a pinch of salt; dip one by one the frogs, covering them well with the batter and FRY in hot oil.

Serve well-heated.
