Grilled radicchio trevisano
Instructions
Remove the outer leaves radicchio, leave the core three centimetres long, ripulitelo, then wash the bunches and season with a little oil.
Cook on a hot grill, from all sides for about 5 minutes.
Arrange on a serving dish and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon
