Cream puffs
Instructions
Bring to the boil 12 cl water with 60 g of butter.
Together then, all at once and away from fire, 75 g flour sifted with a pinch of salt.
Put on the heat and simmer for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture will come off the walls.
Then transfer it into another container and let it cool completely.
Combine 2 eggs, then one at a time, stirring vigorously.
Put the mixture into a pastry bag and let it fall to piles on a buttered and floured plate.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.
