Instructions

Peel the potatoes and cut them in half.

Wash the carrots, scrape the shells and cut them into chunks.

Cook vegetables in the steam basket for about 30 minutes.

Pass still hot to Mashers and put the puree in a saucepan.

Adjust with salt and put it on low heat to dry.

Remove from heat, add the butter and work it with a wooden spoon.
