Instructions

Boil the carrots and chopped brush properly with very little salt water with the bay leaf and cumin seeds for 20 minutes.

Drain and blend in a blender, then replace over heat the puree, letting it warm up again, then turn off the heat and stir in the butter.

Serve as a side dish.
